Kath Nestum Cookies
1. In a large bowl, sieve plain flour, corn flour n icing sugar n salt.
Mix well with a whisk.
2. Add in cold cut butter. Mix with fingers.
3. Add in nestle nestum cereal n mix till like bread crumbs.
4. Pour in beaten eggs n continue to mix n press till well combined.
5.Pour some nestum cereal on a large pan. Scoop 1 tsp dough, about 8gm, press hard, roll into a ball n coat with cereal.
6. Flatten nestum balls lightly, place them on a non-stick baking pan.
7. Bake at pre heated oven at 160/30mins.
