Chinese style steamed Fish
Fresh red snapper fish
Shredded ginger, 6 slices
Spring onions, 3 stalks cut lengthwise
Chinese parsley, 3 stalks, shredded
Hot Oil, 3 tbsp
LKK Sauce, 6 to 8tbsp
Method to Steamed Fish
1. Season fish with salt
2. Lay spring onions on the steaming plate
3. Place fish
4. Line ginger slices on top
5. Steamed fish for 10 minutes
Sauce Mix
1. 3 tbsp oil into wok to heat up
2. Pour hot oil onto steamed fish
3. Pour soy sauce into wok and heat up
4. Pour over fish
5. Garnish with spring onions and red chillies (optinal). Serve
