Ingredients
400 gm soft Beancurd or Japanese beancurd
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
90 gmCooked crab flakes
Shredded spring onions and red chillies for garnishing
Method
1. Place beancurd with some vegetable underneath onto steaming plate
2. Add Crab meat on top
3. Steam for 5 minutes
4. Take plate out from steamer and drain off excess water
5. Garnish with spring onions
6. Pour some seafood sauce and sesame oil onto it. Serve
