1 medium size radish, cut round with pattern knife
1 small red carrot, cut round with pattern knife
3 stalks of English celery, cut round
6 rice bowls of water
3 chicken drumsticks, wash with salt and rinse
8 small red dates
Method
Boil water in soup pot
Add in chicken drumsticks, boil for a while to extract flavor
Add in radish and carrots
Add in celery and dates
Boil for 5 minutes over high heat
Switch to low flame for another 20 minutes till radish are soft
Add chicken granules
Serve with chopped parsley or spring onions
Serve hot
Eat with rice in the soup with cut chillies and soy sauce
