INGREDIENTS

⭕ONE BOWL EACH 1: 1⭕
- FLOUR with 1 teaspoon of baking
powder, sieved
- SUGAR
- FRESH EGGS
- ONE TABLESPOON BUTTER
METHOD
Boil a pot of water with steamer tray
In a mixer, pour in eggs and beat at high speed
Add in sugar in three sessions
Continue beating till pale yellow
Use spoon to scoop for checking ribbon texture
Turn mixer to the lowest speed
Add in flour in three sessions alternating with melted butter
Scoop mixture into cupcake cases till 80% full
Steam at high heat for 12 minutes
While steaming you can enjoy the sweet aroma of eggs
Check with skewer for cooked texture
Different steamer varies from steaming duration
