Ingredients
1 pkt Perai
1 bowl peeled prawns
Rempah Tumis
Method
Oil pan
Add in rempah Tumis
Add in prawns
Fry a while with little salt, belachan powder
Add in 3 tbsp of Assam water n 1 tsp of sugar
Stir to combine all ingredients.
Add in Petai n fry to combine.
Leave to cook for 2 minutes.
Dish out.
Best with white rice and fried eggs. PRAWNS
