Boil washed rice with santan and salt till thick 

Lay with pandan leaves, Steam for 25 minutes  

Scoop out  

Use pandan leaves to wrap. One must be longer than the other. Make a V Twist.  Fill in steamed rice, add filling, press n add rice again. Wrap n secure with string or cocktail pick. 
Steam for 15 minutes.
