1 cup castor sugar (reduced to 1/2 cup for less sweet)
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
SR flour 1 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
or 2 cups plain flour with 2 tsp double action baking powder
4 tbsp milk
