1kg minced meat
260gm prawns, cut in to small pieces
200gm fish , optional
5 stalks sori h onion , cut into small pieces
1 large onions, cut into small slices
10 water chestnuts, chop finely
Half cup corn flour
One cup wheat flour
1 egg
1 tbsp salt
Three tbsp light soy sauce
Two tsp 5 spice powder
Two tbsp sesame oil
Five tbsp white pepper
Five tbsp sugar
Twelve bean curd sheets cut into 6x6 in
In a big bowl add all ingredients and mixed well
Place one pce of bean curd sheet on a table
Spread 150gm of paste onto bean curd skin
Roll up and stock ends with water
Steamed rolls in a steamer for 15 minutes, check with a skewer
Deep fried in hot oi
Cut into small pieces when serving. Condiments can include sweet chilli sauce or plum sauce.
