Cut chicken into bite size
Marinate when salt, pepper, wine, oyester sauce n sesame oil.
Wash rice
Place rice on a claypot
Cook like normal.
When rice almost dried up, arrange marinated chicken onto rice.
Cover to cook till dry.
Add in sliced Chinese sausages.
Cover to cook again till rice, sausages n chicken are well done
Sprinkle with shallot crisp, spring onions n fried small pieces of salted fish
