2 Cups of Glutinuous Rice
2 cups of diluted coconut milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Insert banana leaves or aluminium foil inside paper cups
Put in 3/4 full of rice
Add in diluted coconut milk slightly above rice level
Steam for 45 min to 1 hour.
Cut paper cups to take out lemang.
Serve with curry chicken or rendang
