Ingredients
1pkt yellow noodles, boiled to soften
2 pcs Hard tofu, cut in 6 pieces each, fried till brown
6 Fish Balls, cut in 4 pieces each
10 Prawns ( I x add cos no supply)
2 Red chillies, cut slant
1 rice bowl Bean sprouts
1 large Potatoes, boiled n cut into cubes
2tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp rempah sauce -garlic, chillies, shallot n lemon grass blended n
saute till fragrant.
10 Prawns ( I x add cos no supply)

Method.
Oil Wok
Add in rempah, tomato sauce and fry for a while
Add in fish balls and prawns, fry till cook
Add in yellow noodles, fry till coated with sauces
Add in tofu, potaotes n bean sprouts n red chillies fry till well combined
Add in a little salt, chicken granules, fry and mixed well
Push noodles to one side of the wok
Drizzle some oil.. Cracked in 3 eggs, stir fry till slightly cooked.
Cover the eggs with yellow noodles and fold both to combined well.
Garnished with boil choy sam ( choy sam not fried together to make them look fresh.
