Ingredients
Half pkt dried thick bee hoon, boiled in hot water, toss n set aside.
2 tbsp dried shrimp,soaked and pound
6 nos french beans, slice longinal
Quarter cabbage, cut a cm broad
Half red capcicum, slice longinal
3 eggs fried and slice longinal
Method
Oil the pan
Add in dried shrimps, saute till fragrant
Put in all colurful vegetables
Fry at high heat, add a little salt n chicken granules
Add in Bee Hoon, fry and toss beehoon to mix well
Finally add in fried egg slices.
Kids will love it for take-away to school
You can substitute with spaghetti if you wish.
