Pork -Satay Hokkien Style
An easy peasy dish that a little can cook..
Ingredients
3 Garlics
3 shallots
2 lemon grass
little tumeric
Cut and blend all ingredients
Cut lean meat into bite size
Marinate with 1 tsp salt
Add in Blended ingredients
Add in 1 tsp light soy sauce
Add in 1 tsp chicken granules
Add in 1 tbsp oil
Marinate for 1 hour in fridge
Pour all meat at wok, no oil needed
Fry at low flame, wait and turn method.
Once the meat are cooked, dish out and serve with some slice large onions n pickle cucumber.
Very nice to eat with hot rice and with your fingers. Yum Yum,
