2. In a saucepan, cook sugar till dissolve with pandan leaves.
3. Pour into Flour mix. Mix well.
4. Divide batter into 2 portions, 330 ml n 200ml.Add red colouring to one portion. Filter.
5. Grease 7x6 in mould. Steam mould for 5 mins.
6. Each layer measure 50ml
7.Pour first layer to steam for 4 mins, repeat till 8th layer
8. 9th layer add a drop of orange colouring. Mix well. pour to steam for 4 minutes
9. Steam again for 12 minutes. Open, steam for another 4 minutes
10. Cool for 2 to 3 hours before cutting.
