Pancake Spring onion

 1. In a bowl, add in 300gm water, 5 gm salt n 450ml water. Mix to form a runny batter  

2. Pour one ladle of batter onto non-stick pan. Fry for a while. 

3. Pour beaten eggs with spring onion over thin pancake. Once cook, dish out  

4. Wrap turnip slices with pancake. Roll up.
