My oven differs from Kath,
So, its baked at 180/20min, then 200/5mins.
2. Add in icing sugar. Beat.
3. Add in egg yolk. Beat till white.
4. Sieve in plain flour at 2 times. Sieve in custard powder. Mix well with hand mixer at low speed till look like bread crumbs. Use spatula to mix again.
5. Knead crumbs with hand wearing glove to mix into a smooth dough. Rest dough for 20 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, scoop 1/2 tsp, 7 gm of ready made pineapple filling, roll into oval/ball shape.
6. After 20mins, Press dough into tart maker, pushing out a thin roll of pastry at 12gm
7. Put a piece of rolled pineapple filling onto thin roll n wrap up. Continue till finish.
8. In a baking tray, bake 180/10 min.
9. Remove from oven, brush with egg yolk n continue to bake for another 10 mins.
