Ingredients
Tapioca 600gm
Sugar 180gm
coconut milk 100gm
Method
1. In a blender, blend cubes tapioca or grate them.
2 . Add in sugar and coconut milk. Mix well
3. Pour into steaming pan 4 x 9 x 3 inches
4, Steam at high heat for 30 minutes
5. Cut diamond shape and serve. Can coat with steam shredded coconut with a little salt.
