Real worth a journey down to Restoran Sin Tian Kee for this Flavours Monk Jumps Over the Wall aka Fatt Tiu Cheong. Clear and nice soup with abalone, fish bladder and many other secret recipes of this famous family business in Banting. Can you see the lovely soup served? While I was enjoying with all the famous Restaurant Towkeys, sipping the soup in all kind of sweet tunes could be heard. Want to try?

Wow.. Japanese style serving right? No, it's FuZhou style, the prawn rolls tasted so yummylicious and all were enjoying at high speed. Just imagine the taste? Real tasty.

This Fuzhou Dry Pork Ribs really make me double hungry when I did not notice that it was served. The aromatic smell really attracted my senses as I was not aware of it's arrival. According to the restaurant owner, it can be eaten cold. Yes, he was right, it tasted nicer and crunchier when left to cold. Feel like having another piece to bite while I am writing this mouth-watering food posts. Can you imagine the taste?

A likeable sweet and sour sea cucumber and fish bladder Hockchiew speciality. I think this is only available at Restoran Sin Tian Kee at Banting. You should try the sweet and sour version of sea cucumber and fish bladder which were normally braised to serve. A creative and nice dish.

Beautiful Bronze Metal Crab Meat Ball, a dish with delicious soft meat balls with 'fatt choy', special sauce topped with crab roe. Any meat lover would love the combination taste of matchful ingredients. Ho Ciak!

Aha! I like this.. This dish is a combination of 2 types of meat serve with heart-shaped mantou pocket. Real rare and nice. Just pick 1 mantou pocket and stuff the black version meat into it and start to enjoy the tasty and juicy meat. The other red version meat is special and the combination of both meats will be superb. A Hockchiew (Fu Zhou) specialty that will make you go for more. I like it as it is unique. You wanna eat? I can tell you where you can savour them in PJ. Food lovers, just ask for Mantou Dong Po Rou. Wah! the oranges' smell really wake us up after stuffing ourselves with all the lovely selected dishes for our tastebus. Yam with Glutinous Rice is a dish with yam paste (or nee), topped with glutinuous rice, raisins and cherries. This dessert is to be taken slowly, bit by bit and you can enjoy the real goodness of this recipe as recommended by the Restaurant Owner.
