Kids food from my kitchen. Kids around. What to serve them? Biscuits, mooncakes, sandwhiches or fried noodles. All say NO!
2 pieces of minced chicken meat mixed with little flour and cornflour. Mixed well with 3 dashes of white pepper, 3 dashes of black pepper, some chic granules and 2 drops of sesame oil. Measure them flat-full in a spoon and slide them down to the hot oil. Deep fry them till golden brown. Serve with chilly, tomato sauce and mayo. Kids love it.
