Ingredients & Method
3 riped bananas, mashed, set aside
150gm butter, beat, scrap, beat, scrap till light
add 120 gm (1/2 cup) castor sugar added to butter, beat, scrap and beat till pale
add 4 eggs, add to mixture, one after another, beat n scrap
add 200gm flour (2 cups) + 1 tsp baking powder, sieved, beat at low speed till well combined
add 60ml fresh milk
add 1/4 tsp salt
add choc chips (optional), mixed all together
lastly add in mashed bananas
scoop into 9 cupcases, top with choc chips (optional)
bake at 180/35 min, then 200/5 mins to get the browning
