Buy 10 chicken wings and 1 packet of ''Shen Xi Tang" from any chinese sinseh shop. Boil 1/2 pot of water. While waiting for the water to boil, wash chicken thourougly with salt. In another smaller pot of boiling water, blanch chicken wings to remove smell. Remove and drain dry.
Once boil, add in the herbs (quick wash) and let it boil under medium flame for about 20 minutes till you get the herbs aroma. Then, add in the chicken and boil together with the herbs for another 20 minutes. Set to lowest flame and continue to boil for another 40 minutes. The soup is ready and is delicious to drink it piping hot. You can also use the method of slow-cooking or steaming.
