Luncheon Meat by Mark

 


Blend minced meat with 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp  five spice powder, 1 tsp salt, 4tsp sugar, 2 eggs. Blend till creamy.

 In a large bowl, put corn flour, warm water, 1 tbsp ginger sauce n char siew sauce. Pour creamy meat into it. Mixed well with spatula.

 Put meat paste into a rectangle or square greased glass steaming plate. Cover with aluminium foil. Steam medium high at 35 min
