Come Ramadan, diners will be spoilt for choice with almost 120 items on offer in the Ramadan buffet spread at the Maya Brasserrie in Hotel Maya in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
Among the items will be 25 main course dishes and 10 types of kuih, comprising a mix of local Malay kuih and Nyonya kuih.
The buffet will feature “live cooking” stalls serving local favourites such as roti canai and fried items like pisang goreng and cempedak goreng.
Aside from the local cuisine, the spread will feature international cuisine, like Middle Eastern fare at the Arabian corner and sushi and Maki rolls at the Japanese corner. Star News
