Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cups of cocoa powder
1/2 cups vege oil
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
Beat in mixer
Later, add 1 cup of water
Use 9" baking pan
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
Sit in pan for 10 minutes and take it out for frosting on wire rack
to cool completely
Pour frosting on 1 cake and smooth them evenly
place another cake over
continue to smooth froating all over.
Chocolate Frosting
1/2 cup butter
2cups of cocoa powder
Mix with hand mixer
Next, Add 1 tsp vs
3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1 cup milk
Beat Again till smooth
