Steamed Chicken with Oyster Sauce


Ingredients
1 pcs chicken breast, cut into 12 pieces
12 small pieces of chinese mushroom, soaked and drained
1 tbsp of LKK oyster sauce
12 samll pieces of ham
12 samll pieces of carrot

Marinade
1 tbsp LKK oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp corn flour
A dash of white pepper
Add a little oil
Mix well and leave to marinate for 10 minutes

Sauce
1 tbsp LKK oyster Sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
100 ml water
Mix and cook till boils

Arrange all slices of chicken alternating with ham
Steamed for 10 minutes. When done, pour out excess water.
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve
