AYAM PENYET ( FLATTENED CHICKEN)

Ayam Penyet sounds rare to Malaysian. Penyet in Inodonesia means flattened. The chicken are flattened before marinating, deep fried and serve with raw cabbage, tempe ant hot sambal with chicken floss.

For 1 pax, 1 set of ayam penyet and a plate of kangkung belachan plus a bottles of mineral water will be enough. Remember, more drinks or else you will jump due to its extreme spiciness. But, nice and will go for it again.
