Cookies Almond London by Kath Marcus
Bake almond 150/10 min. Let it cool
Blend butter well. Add icing sugar. Blend well
Add in egg yolk. Blend well with spatula. Then beat with beater.
Add in sieve cake flour. Add in sieve corn flour. Mixed with spatula. It looks like breadcrumb. Use fingers to knead into a dough.
1 tbsp dough, wrap with almond n shape in longinal.
Bake 150/20mins. Let it cool
Double boil to melt cooking chocolate. Dip cookie into melted chocolate with a fork. Place on baking paper. Sprinkle almond chips.
Keep in fridge for 10mins.
Put in paper cases.
