Mee Goreng Healthy Chinese Style





 Ingredients. 

1/2 pkt yellow noodles, quick to loosen noodles. 

3 bulbs garlic n 3 shallots, chop finely 

1 cup cut cabbage

1 cup sawi Hijau

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tbsp chilli sauce

2 tbsp fresh chillies paste or sambal

1 cup boiled n cut potatoes

1 cup chicken nuggets ball, air fried n cut into smaller pieces. 

3 eggs  

Method 

1.  Sauté garlic n shallots till fragrant 

2. Put in cabbage n sawi, fry a while, push aside  

3. Add in the 3 types of paste  saute a while n mix with the earlier ingredients  

4. Put in yellow noodles, stir fry to mix well 

5. Add in potato n chicken balls , fry a while, push all aside 

6. Put a little oil, crack 3 eggs n cover with the earlier ingredients  

7, Fry fast to mix eggs n noodles by frying n covering till fragrant  

8. Dish out n garnish with cut green salad
