Method
1, In a large bowl, add 1 cup water.
Dissolve with whisk.
2, Then add 1/2 cup white sugar.
Add 1 1/2 plain flour, 1/2 pkt yeast (6g). Mix with whisk
3. Wrap bowl n rest batter for 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours, remove wrap, pour into 6in pan without mixing.
5. Steam at high heat for 30minutes till fluff up
6. Cut into dimaond shape n served wth steamed coconut shreds.
