Wraps making without Yeast

 


1. In a large bowl, sieve 2 1/4 cups of plain flour with 1 tsp baking powder.

2. Add 50gm melted butter ,  1/2 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well till like bread crumbs.

3. Add 3/4 cup milk, mix again

4. Kead with hand or mixer till soft, rest dough for 30 mins

5. Dust flour on table top. Cut into 4 pce or smaller pieces

6. Roll into thin pieces abt 3 mm n place on a non-stick pan.

7. Fry at low heat till cook.

8. Wrap  your favourite meat n vege with yummy sauce.
