Pau Chinese Ingot shape

1.    cut 200 gm pumpkin into cubes and steam till soft.
2.    add 1 tbsp sugar, mashed 
3.    prepare 300gm flour with 3 gm yeast
4.    add mashed pumpkin into flour, mix well n knead into a dough
5.    roll dough longinally and cut into 10  pieces
6.    roll each pce into a small log
7.    flatten both ends n use a chopstick to push it down
8.    fold up like an ingot
9.    rest above warm water till 1.5 size 
10   steam at high heat for 12 minutes
