Mixed Prawns and Vegetables Omelette

Mixed Prawns and Vegetables Omelette is a perfect match with any kind of curry at home. Just with beaten eggs, small prawns, slices of leek, carrot and some large onions slices will be good enough.

Fry all ingredients and then add in beaten eggs flavoured with pepper, soy sauce and some chicken granules. Cook over slow fire. Once the eggs are slightly drier (but still with juice), fold the eggs into half. Fry them again under slow fire and not too long for a juicy omelette. You can also place them on sandwhich bread top up with mayo, tomato and chilly sauce. Real good!.
