Seafoods at Alor Setar are not pricey and the stocks are fresh from Kuala Kedah, claimed many Kedahans. Even the Ikan Kembong purely steamed and sauce-dip with air assam is marvellous. It's true.
Just like this simple steamed fish, it tasted good. Ah!, the fish head had gone missing leaving behind the stable tail. Normally diners are too lazy to taste the rather small fish head or 'shy' to do so.
