Fresh Seafoods from Alor Setar, Kedah

Seafoods at Alor Setar are not pricey and the stocks are fresh from Kuala Kedah, claimed many Kedahans. Even the Ikan Kembong purely steamed and sauce-dip with air assam is marvellous. It's true.

Just like this simple steamed fish, it tasted good. Ah!, the fish head had gone missing leaving behind the stable tail. Normally diners are too lazy to taste the rather small fish head or 'shy' to do so.

Sea Prawns In Curry Tomato Paste with Mini Pau
This is a special sauce with the taste of thick curry and tomato sauce. One can eat the mini pau with the sauce. This dish tasted good.
