Kuih- Huat Kuih


Today, a day before CNY eve, I have tried steaming these Huat Kuih and it really turned out to be smiling. Earlier, I do  not believe that such premix can give a satisfied results. So, I tested myself.  In future,  I do not have to ferment the mixture for 4 hours! 

Look at them, so nice ah Huat Hust!

The pre-mix I bought from
Giant Hypermart. 
Mix  500GM pre-mix flour with 400 ml water
Mix well 
Sieve
Pour onto cake cases supported by a mould 
Steam at high heat for 20 minutes with water already boiling.
Make 16 pieces
